How to write a case study

Writing case studies is a great way to get down on paper what you are your group are up to. They can be a really useful way of showing the difference you’re making – this is helpful for a whole bunch of reasons, from sharing your story with the local press to proving to future funders that your group has a track record of doing great stuff.

Local Trust have a series of ‘how to’ guides which provide guidance for community groups – initially in Big Local areas but are really useful to lots of community groups. The templates below – in PDF and Word format – are great examples and templates of sharing your group’s story.
