What happens when a Council says that a local theatre, built and always owned by the Council is not a public asset? http://www.spapavilion.co.uk

    Hi Gemma Et Al.

NALC would like to completely endorse and promote the assets webinar taking place on 18/6 between 13:00 and 13:30.

Most parishes have an interest in asset transfer, of whatever size.

Some parishes have already applied to the COMA programme. More details are available at http://mycommunity.org.uk/programme/community-assets/?_a=funding .

    Thanks,

    Chris (NALC)

    Hi All.

Just to firmly endorse and warmly encourage all parish councils in England involved in or wanting to be involved in complex or multiple asset transfers to apply for the DCLG / Locality Community Ownership and Management of Assets programme (COMA) while there is still time at http://mycommunity.org.uk/programme/community-assets/?_a=funding .

    Thanks,

    Chris (NALC)
