We had two types of volunteers: local people who wanted to help out (this was advertised through community newsletters and social media), and drama students from Hull Uni who offered free workshops to the public (direct contact through the department and via email).
That’s great, thanks Rich – why did you decide to target them differently?
And everyone else – did you find that technology was helpful when recruiting people to help out? Or did you use more ‘traditional’ ways such as meetings and leaflets?
