Hi Sasha and Lucy,
The problem of churn and lack of continuity has been faced by quite a few Pioneers. I think it is important to get buy in from the top of an organistion, but also – and I am sure Andrea can add to this – Ilfracombe introduced a social contract for organisations to sign up to, to help prevent over-dependence on particular people.
Its something we were discussing this morning as a number of Our Place projects have had the lead which they have been connecting to, to strengthen the partnership, then leave the organisation affecting the momentum – it takes time to build a partnership and time also for someone new to catch up on whats been happening.
Lucy and Andrea, that is an interesting point about a social contract for organisations and maybe something we could have a bit more info on?
