I’m presuming that the reason the delivery process and method changed was because of the consultation you did with your community? Or contextual factors? I think a lot of groups have found that the priorities they thought they had when applying might not be the ones they’ve ended up looking at – and that’s fine. One of the reasons to have consultation and engagement as part of the programme was to ensure that things could change and flex as necessary. As long as your plan sets out what you’ve done and why then the delivery process and method changing doesn’t matter.
