Hi all

Second all the suggestions above, it might also be worth looking at Chapel-en-le Frith, Woodcote, Allendale and Lynton and Lynmouth. Links below.

St Ives is also worth a look, they have a draft policy on 2nd homes. However I would flag up that there has been some criticism of this policy by the planning minister. It has been submitted to the examiner so it is rather one to keep an eye on to see what the examiner decides.
