No Neighbourhood Plan, developer no S106 in area, no CIL, no other parish involved. It is the Parish Council who the developer has approached. Principal authority won’t get involved at this early stage. From recent survey the Parish inhabitants would prefer any housing development to be within the village boundary but little land available. Any new housing would thus need to go outside the village boundary but survey indicates only affordable housing needed. So how would the Parish go about getting it’s desired affordable homes probably outside the village boundary without having open market development homes of the wrong type.
