Groups need to plan a structured programmed of consultation which is essential when considering a Community Right to Build Order. If you are trying to attract Community Buildings funding and your project is not around housing, the CRTB element is key to eligibility.
Housing projects are not required to do a CRTB and can follow the traditional planning permission route instead, though clearly, community support is also really important if you are planning a community housing project.
