Just a bit of background for you first:
Locality and the Community Development Foundation (CDF) were successful in tendering to provide the My Community Advice Service and Network for the Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG). The ‘Help Centre’ is indeed a ‘remote’ service – but we are available for ongoing correspondence. And your time with us isn’t limited in any way.
However, we do have a ‘real’ front door, based in East London, and we’re always happy to meet up if people want to make the trip. But that’s usually not possible, so we work in partnership with other local networks to increase our reach. Locality is also membership body of course, and our members are based throughout the country, serving local people. You’ll also find lots of regional and local networking events to attend throughout the year, and share experiences.
