Forgotten password
If you have forgotten your password enter your email address on the forgotten password page and we’ll send you instructions on how to reset your password.
Forgotten email address
If you have forgotten the email address you used to sign up please send us an email at info@justact.org.uk. Please remember to include your first name, last name, position in your organisation and the email addresses of the colleague you invite to sign up to the site with you.
Forgotten email address & password
If you have forgotten both your email address and password you first must retrieve your email address as described under “Forgotten email address”, and then request your password as described under “Forgotten password” using the email address we send you.
