As a grant making Foundation, we can create acresof paper, especially surrounding the due diligence necessary to assess applications and to make grants. We are implementing OLGA (on line grant applications) and electronic assessment by Trustees. We are making good progress. The effect will be a significant saving of resources and should make us more efficient. We will not be replacing all paper transactions and we have those in the community who are digitally excluded and we will not discriminate against them... but have put in place a project, with County partners, to ease the transition of such groups into digital competence and access.
