| Posted on 15th July 2010We not only do this within our office but we use 'corridor conversations' to share our experiences with other organisation members who share the floor with us. We talk about why we are doing it and highlight the wider benefits that are achievable if we take action throughout our community building. Refering to our actions every so often as team it encourages us to think of other things that we can do together.
