To air your office in winter, open the windows for a couple of minutes completely to let the air exchange quickly.

Open your windows fully

Let the air exchange for 5 minutes

Close your windows fully
Tips & warnings
Turn off the heating before doing this
Put on some warm clothes before opening the windows
Don't leave the windows open for more than 5 minutes, because then the room temperature cools down too much
