Claim your Asset of Community Value certificate

Have you listed an asset of community value in your local area? Are you the proud owner of a listed asset? Or do you know or use one of these buildings?

If so, you can now apply for an Asset of Community Value (ACV) certificate to celebrate your building. Email the government’s Community Assets team for more details on how to get a personalised certificate for you to print out and display to let everyone know how much your space is valued by local people

Nearly 2000 buildings, from pubs to football grounds, community centres to museums, have now been listed as community assets and we look forward to seeing these certificates in windows or on noticeboards up and down the country.
