Community shops are a great way of getting the community together while encouraging people in your area to eat more locally grown food.

There is a new programme that can help you, called Our Urban Shop, that can give you advice, support as well as funding to set up your own community shop if you live in an urban area.

Funded by the Esmée Fairbairn Foundation, Our Urban Shop will be providing funding and advice to communities co-ordinated by experts at the Plunkett Foundation and Locality.
