Dementia Friends is a project run by the Alzheimer’s Society that helps everyone do a little more to help out people with dementia by gaining a better understanding.
The Alzheimer’s Society website has help and support pages with information on a range of topics including diagnoses and how you can get involved to help out.
They’ve also got a forum, called Talking Point. It’s a place for anyone affected by dementia to ask for advice, share information, join in discussions and feel supported.
