PlanLoCal is a website containing a series of tools put together by The Centre for Sustainable Energy (CSE) to support communities and groups that are planning for low carbon living.
There are loads of downloable resources for you to use – from information on how to get started to case studies from successful projects to give you a little inspiration. Also, there’s an extensive videos section, with short films that are there to guide you along every step of the way.
