Plan your charity event with SMART goals

Have you heard of SMART goals? They are used by charity event planners to help measure their progress along the way. SMART stands for:

Specific
Measurable
Achievable
Relevant
Timely

SMART goals can be used in a number of instances, but are particularly useful if you are setting aims for a charity or community event.

Take a look at the Charity Walks Blog where they have suggested choosing two or three main goals, and being specific in outlining precisely how to get there.
